Yi-An Chiu

Biography

I am a speech pathologist, originally from Taiwan, now living and working in Boroondara. Since I was a kid, I have been passionate about art, crafting, drawing and painting. Emerging myself in the world of art is my way to unwind after work. I like to let my imagination fly, taking me to somewhere colourful, dreamy and infinite.

As I work with lots of young children, I like to bring art to my session. I teach the kids how to communicate and the kids teach me how to use creativity in the most joyful way. I like to describe my art as colourful, harmonious, and playful. Bringing joy is the purpose of my art.

I hope that someday, I can create art for children and even publish a children's book.
