Karen Holden

Biography

Karen Holden is based in Melbourne and has recently returned to painting after many years break to focus on family and a career in Science and Law. Karen has minimal training and works in gouache and oils using painting to connect with the natural world. Coastal scenes, rocks and clouds are a reoccurring theme that provide a nostalgic link to summer holidays of her childhood and a love of the Australian beach that she shared with her Father.
