  • Biography

    Geoff is a Distinguished Fellow of the Australian Guild of Realist Artists (AGRA) and a member of the Color Pencil Society of America (CPSA). Since 1992 he has worked as a Professional Artist in the medium of Colour Pencil on Fine Papers. Previously  Geoff practiced as a Design Architect having graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1967. He is the designer of Scienceworks and the Hebarium at the Melbourne Botanical Gardens amongst others.
    His Art achievements are as follows.
    Finalist in the Mornington Peninsula Regional Galleries Biennial Works on Paper in 1995 and 2020.
    Finalist in the Museum of South Australia's Waterhouse Art Prize in  2008, 2011, 2013.
    Finalist in the Mortimore Art Prize 2012, taking out best Drawing.
    Finalist in the Dominique Seagan Drawing Prize Castlemaine in 2007.
    Finalist in the arc Yinnar Biennial Drawing Prize Gippsland in 2012 and 2014.
