Biography

I am a published writer and poet, however I began watercolour painting 4 years and am totally in its spell.  My aim is to combine paintings with words in the future.




I entered two exhibitions this year for the first time, one painting was selected in Bayside Gallery Exhibition and the other was highly recommended in the Glen Eira Art Exhibiton.




I also entered several paintings in Melbourne International Garden Show. 




As I had my garden open for Open Garden Victoria, the selector suggested I also put my paintings out for display and possible sale.




So to combine botanical paintings, albeit very loose style, with other subjects that interest me is a fascinating journey.  I am totally passionate about watercolour painting.  In fact I’d call it a great addiction.
