Biography

I came to painting in my 50’s after a life of working as a nurse in Intensive Care. After raising a family I now have time to indulge this new found love & I have met it with open arms!
I have always been a creative person & have have loved expressing myself in many forms of art & craft. I’ve always been drawn to colour & how it can make you feel, I love geometric & abstract art & how the combination of colours & design can allow you to be lost in a particular piece.
I think years of working as an ICU nurse creates a discipline & attention to detail & I love nothing more than sitting for hours & hours & hours until a piece is perfect!
