>>I don't have a computer. Do you accept manual entries?

No. All entries are via the Gallery247 site.

>>I'm having trouble working out how to enter. Can you help me?

>>Can I pay my entry fee by cheque or electronic funds transfer?

No. We only accept online payments via credit card.

>>What works are not acceptable?

>>When will I be notified whether my work was accepted?

>>Why was my work not accepted into the show?

Three possible reasons. Firstly, if you did not put a photo with your entry then we reject it automatically. We never accept works sight unseen. Secondly, because we receive more works than we can hang our professional judge(s) select the works that they consider the best. Non-selection does not mean your work is bad, just that the judge(s) did not consider it among the best that we had to choose from. Thirdly, if your work was of a non-acceptable type (see above).

>>I sold my painting before the show opens. What do I do?

Up until judging of accepted works is completed (aproximately 15 June) you may substitute another work. Just advise us of the name of the work that has sold and the name of the work to substitute in its place (the substitute work must be in Gallery247). Substitutions are at our sole discretion. After judging of accepted works is completed substitutions are not possible and you have forfeited your entry fee.

>>When will I get paid for my sales?

Within 14 days from the end of the show. Payments will go into the bank account you specified in your Gallery24 profile.

>>Can you pay me by cheque?

No. All payments are done by direct credit into a bank account.

>>How do I enter my bank account details into Gallery247?

>>What happens if I don't pick up my painting(s) on time?

Your painting(s) will be put into storage. There is a $50 storage fee (per painting) payable when you collect. If you do not collect your painting(s) within 30 days then we will dispose of them.

>>I can't come on Artists' Day. Can I get in for free on another day?

You are welcome to come on any day but Artists' Day is the only one where you get free entry. On other days you must pay.

>>Do I get free admission on opening night?

No. Opening night is a paid event.
